With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, our founder is not just a seasoned coach but a visionary in strength and transformation. As a State level Champion, his journey embodies dedication, discipline, and passion for overall well-being.

From guiding youngsters to seniors, he excels in personal training, transformations, and fitness coaching that cater to every individual’s unique needs. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, Manu is committed to guiding individuals toward their wellness goals through natural fitness methods. Certified in fitness and actively expanding his expertise in nutrition, he ensures that every training session is built on science and sustainability.

Expertise: Manu specializes in creating customized training programs tailored to individual needs, emphasizing strength, endurance, and holistic health. His approach blends motivation, technical skill, and a deep understanding of body mechanics.

Fun Fact: Beyond the gym, Manu is an artist at heart. As a painter, he channels his creativity into stunning works of art. 

Vignesh

Athletic Trainer 

A true professional athlete, Vignesh shines in the world of sports, particularly excelling in javelin throw. His deep understanding of strength, precision, and endurance fuels his commitment to helping others improve their health, guiding them toward their best physical selves.

Professional Powerlifter | Strength Coach

Kubendhiran brings a powerful blend of experience, passion, and precision to Breathe Gym. As a state-level medalist in powerlifting, he is well-versed in advanced strength and weightlifting techniques, making him an ideal coach for those looking to build muscle, improve performance, or transform their physique.

Expertise: With a focus on strength training, weightlifting, and weight loss, he designs structured programs tailored to all fitness levels—from beginners to aspiring athletes.

Strength & Fitness Specialist

A State and National-level powerlifter, he brings unmatched experience and discipline to every training session. Karthik is also a State-level volleyball player, showcasing his versatility and athleticism across multiple sports.

Expertise: With a specialization in strength training, general fitness, and weight loss, Karthik is passionate about helping clients achieve their personal best—whether it's building muscle, shedding pounds, or improving overall performance.

Fun Fact: When he's not at the gym, Karthik loves playing cricket and unwinding with a good movie.
